This tooling system is used on a power float when Grinding and polishing concrete floors.

This Grind N Shine Pad Holder has a velcro surface to which the diamond resin polishing pads are attached.

Most of the ride-on power trowels have 8x trowel arms, these trowel arms typically have blades attached for finishing concrete during the curing stage. When the concrete blades are detached this tooling can be added for grinding and polishing. This is a clever way of turning a ride-on power trowel into a grinder/polisher.

The resin polishing pads used to polish concrete floors attach to this tooling system which spins freely.

This two piece pad holder consists of the base plate which gets bolted onto the bottom of a ride-on trowel and the inter-locking steel plate which has the velcro layer. Grind N Shine diamond resin polishing pads are then attached. We would like to add that a Velcro Shield can be purchased to protect your inter-locking steel/velcro plate from coming into contact with the concrete when the Grind N Shine diamond polishing pads wear down.

This tooling system is used for concrete grinding and polishing. The concrete grinding wings are positioned on a special interlocking plate whch can be purchased via Speedcrete. The grinding wings require more friction so need to be fitted more securely that polishing pads. As the metal is ground away the diamonds are released which grinds the surface down. The Grind & Shine diamond wings feature a quick lock system which provides for tool free insert & release.
