This 1 7/8 inch diameter by 14 inch long concrete vibratory head is used on rebar which is coated with epoxy resin.
Special care is needed when consolidating concrete which is reinforced using resin coated rebar. This rubber headed vibratory head connection ensures that the resin which coats the rebar cannot be chipped as could be the case with a vibratory head which is metal.
These rubber vibratory heads are used to ensure that accelerated corrosion is prevented by reducing the potential to weakend areas.
This rubber head vibrator gives the user high efficiency as it sends strong shock waves off the entire length of the head. This is due to the urethane dimpled construction which allows the head to vibrate at 12,000 vpm, never dropping below 10,500 vpm when lowered deep into low slump concrete.
This vibratory concrete head gives a large radius of action, producing denser concrete with less voids to patch and has an outstanding performance in low slump (to "0" slump) concrete. An essential piece of kit when tackling large pours of very stiff concrete.
