TOPICAL GUARD COLOR is a pigmented 2-component Lithium silicate-based special impregnating sealer for protection of cementitious surfaces. It is specifically developed to be used on new, uneven or rain damaged concrete surfaces or old cementitious flooring where you want to cover the floor by a homogeneous thin colorized film but yet avoiding the limitations of an epoxy coating and instead preserving some of the unique features from a polished concrete floor such as keeping it diffusion open, not affecting the ESD properties, and enabling it for both indoor and outdoor use.

The silicate inside reacts with the concrete to create a denser, dust-proof, more durable floor acting as a densifier, while at the same time the product is acting as a sealer forming a thin topical film creating a protection against penetration of aqueous liquids, oils, greases and general grime.
