This 7ft Interchangable Allen Engineering flexible shaft assembly which is compatible with the Allen Backpack Drive Unit 039284
When transmitting power from the power source to the vibrating head this flexible shaft from Allen Engineering is a great choice.
Allen Flexible Shafts are interchangeable with old Oztec power units and Allen Engineering square connection units. This flex is reversible (doubling their service life), and come supplied with “quick change” adapters.
Materials
Made from extra-high carbon steel wires with casings made from tough abrasion resistant neoprene rubber, this flex is reinforced with multiple layers of high tensile wire braiding with a hardened flat steel liner.
Allen Engineering flexible shafts are rigid enough for penetrating the stiffest concrete (except of course PQ) yet limber enough for easy and effective handling.
